The woman behing Vogue Nippon is the super-stylish-to say the least- Anna dello Russo. Being the fashion director of a magazine and having your pictures taken all the time means you are practically obliged to be dressed to the nines. But every time you see a photo of hers, it's as if she doesn;t even try and that's the essence of personal style. This is a spread from Vogue Nippon Accessories issue and I think it has her name written all over it. The extra large colorful jewellery are kind of her favorite...but her unbreakable rule is one: NO make up.-

Coachella Calling

There is something really special about this specific music festival. Maybe it's the location (Coachella Valley, Southern California), maybe the bands attending or what celebrities wear, but most of all I think it must be the feeling of completely letting go for a couple of days. No worries, relaxed, just there to have some fun and enjoy the good music. Boots, sunglasses, vintage style clothing and usually a hat is all a girl needs to look cool. But the best accessory is usually a boyfriend holding hands, kissing as if they don't even care about photographers. Maybe someday I'll make it, a girl can dream....

When Goofy met Karl

Goofy is Karl Lagerfeld, Daisy Duck turned into Donatella and Donald is Marc Jacobs? That is one great project coming from Spanish ELLE and it's really original! I just saw it today at cocoperez and it's so much fun. I like the background characters even better!

I want to live in The Selby

There is something about the spaces The Selby shows us all-mere-mortals, that makes you wanna jump right into them. It is not like when a famous person shows his place in a magazine after having it all cleaned and tidied up, perhaps inspected by a professional decorator, because then it usually gives you the idea that no one actually lives there and they just use other rooms to sleep/eat/ bathe etc.. Oh but the Selby pics, those are really something. Todd Selby - an interiors and fashion photographer-, captures the owners (usually someone with distinctive personality, style and creative like Cecilia Dean or Sally Singer), in their natural everyday surroundings, or at least it looks that way. If you are looking for some inspiration to decorate your new house or re-vamp your current one, then just click through! Personally, I find something amazing (and doable) in every single space...
